Modern Slavery & Labour Standards Statement

Milestone Recruitment Group Ltd (trading as Milestone) supplies workers to UK construction and infrastructure projects. We recognise that labour supply is a sector where the risks of modern slavery, forced labour and labour exploitation are real, and we are committed to ensuring they have no place in our business. This statement is published voluntarily.

Our commitments

• No fees to workers. We never charge candidates for work-finding services, and we do not work with anyone who does.
• Identity and right to work.Every worker’s identity and right to work in the UK is checked and documented before placement, using passports and Home Office share codes evidenced from the official government service.
• Direct relationships. We deal with our workers directly, verify two references from their most recent sites, and keep in weekly contact with workers on placement, giving them a named person to raise any concern with.
• Pay. Workers are paid through legitimate, documented routes (PAYE, CIS, umbrella or their own limited company) with hours collected from client timesheets.
