Accessibility Statement

Milestone Recruitment Group Ltd (trading as Milestone) wants everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA.

What we have done

  • Semantic page structure with landmarks and a logical heading order
  • A visible focus indicator on every interactive element
  • Keyboard access to all navigation, forms and content, including a skip link
  • Form labels tied to their inputs, with errors described in text
  • Colour contrast that meets AA, and no information conveyed by colour alone
  • Touch targets of at least 44px on mobile
  • Reduced-motion preferences respected
  • Text that can be resized without loss of content

Known limitations

  • Photography is not yet in place; temporary placeholder graphics carry descriptive alternative text until final images (with their own alt text) are added.
