  1. Identity checks

    Photographic ID verified before anything else happens.

  2. Right to work

    Passport and Home Office share code collected and verified, with the share code evidenced from the official Gov service, documented and audited.

  3. Qualification verification

    Cards and tickets checked, not taken on trust.

  4. References

    Two references from the candidate's last two sites, verified: name, number, position and company.

  5. Role certification

    Certifications matched to the specific role requested: CSCS as standard, with CPCS, NPORS, SSSTS, SMSTS, IPAF and First Aid where the role requires.

  6. Drug & alcohol testing

    Arranged on request; workers must pass before placement where a client requires it.

  7. Induction

    Project-specific induction, on site or online as the client and project require, completed before work starts.
